Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners specifically focus on improving a clients appearance. This a medical service that can change a persons feelings of self worth and how they are perceived by the public. NP's can work with physicians or on their own with each patient. NP's can inject medication, assist with surgical procedures, sclerotherapy, laser skin treatments. etc.

Education: Complete an Bachelors degree Registered Nurse Program. Then apply and complete the ARNP program focusing on Aesthetics.

Must pass the RN and APRN exam.

Education: Enroll in a Training program approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) and seek certification.

Massage Therapist

Massage therapist use their hands, fingers, forearms as tools to manipulate clients muscles, soft tissues and joints. to promote general wellness. Improve physical function, reduce pain and stress and promote relaxation.

Education: Complete a state approved massage therapy program that includes completing 500-1000 hours of training. Must be licensed or certified in the state where they practice.
