The JBAMM Center for Workforce Excellence (CWE) is a grassroots workforce development cohort that brings together healthcare professionals, educators, local and tribal leaders, workforce agencies, PK-12 school leaders and economic development professionals to problem solve for our communities. Beginning in 2020, community members began efforts to decrease unemployment, promote the area as an attractive place for new healthcare business and to see existing ones prosper, develop innovative ways to grow our own workforce industry and put resources together for young people to stay focused on successful pathways to career development. 

• CWE Programs are data driven and designed to support growth in healthcare career interest.

• CWE is a  true community effort to engage employers to help cultivate, direct and welcome students and educators to their facilities to maintain access to a qualified stream of graduates for employment

• CWE helps align educational pathways from K-12, Career Tech and Higher Education.
