About the Event
Coleman Public School parents with students entering 8th-11th grades are invited to come to Coleman High School to get hands-on help with completing the Oklahoma's Promise application. The program provides students with free tuition at Oklahoma post-secondary education institutions including college and career technology centers. School staff will be on-hand to assist parents with the application. Parents are encouraged to bring their student’s chrome book but other laptops will be on-hand.
Oklahoma's Promise Requirements: 1) Must be an Oklahoma resident, 2) Must enroll in the 8th, 9th, 10th or 11th grade, 3) The parents' federal adjusted gross income must not exceed $60K per year. Parents should bring their most recent tax forms.
