The JBAMM Center for Workforce Excellence is:

• identifying approaches to increase nursing and healthcare education capacity.

• Satisfying existing employers’ current and future workforce needs and identifying employment opportunities, salaries and benefits. 

• Maintaining a website for healthcare job postings, healthcare programs, scholarships specific to southern Oklahoma.

• Identifying strategies for early promotion of healthcare career opportunities, financial assistance, and available healthcare programs to fill healthcare industry shortages.

• Creating robust internship/externship/ apprenticeship programs.

• Addressing mental health needs of the community and identify a mental health career ladder to increase awareness of Mental Health employment opportunities, salaries and benefits.
